Currently I am making mini book charms for a local Reading Club and a few online Reading Clubs. They attach them to metal shepherds hook bookmarks for the current books they are reading.

I am an avid reader and when I finish a book that I like, I make a little replica charm to wear on a cord necklace or chain necklace. I get tons of comments when I wear them. Very fun, conversation starters!

Materials that I use are: card stock, laminate, ink, paper, foam mount, ribbon, adhesives, glue, metal jump rings.

The Mini Book Charms have a Vintage look to them.

This is a Chunky, Clunky Victorian/Steampunk Look Antique Bronze Type Metal Link Necklace with Removable Charms. Rose Design Toggle Clasp.

In my photos I have the Rose Toggle in the front with the charms attached to it. If you like, you can remove the charms, wear the toggle in the back and reattach the charms on any links that you want; the Miniature Book Charms hang best off the Toggle. It is very versatile; the charms can even be removed and worn on other jewelry, hang on bookmarks, add a little ribbon and tie to stemware for wine glass charms etc.
